Some Japanese Treats
Yesterday we had some fun Japanese treats that we haven’t had really since we left back in October. We made Onigiri, Ramen, Yuki Ichigo (lit. “Snow Strawberries”) and drank some Ramune. It was all pretty good though not quite what it was in Japan with the exception of the Ramune drink. We got all the ingredients locally so you could do the same I’m sure. We got the ramen recipe from a really funny Youtube user named “Cookingwithdog.” You should definitely check out their videos. Anyhow, this is how it turned out:
