So as you may have noticed….I didn’t updated on Day 10 of the diet. Here’s why. When I stepped on the scale on day 10, I was a whole 2 pounds lighter. But we were pretty tired of the diet thing and decided to follow it’s principles, but go ahead and open up the menu. That night we had lobster and shrimp. It was AWESOME! But when I stepped on the scale on day 11, I was right back where I started. Those 2 pounds that I “lost” in 9 days were magically back when I had some meat. My theory is that the meat was much “heavier” than veggies and put me back when my weight was before I abandoned it.
Now that we’re done with the diet, I plan to use this blog to write about other personal things like food, business, travel, and other thoughts. Thanks for reading!
