Fat Smash Day 2: Not so bad now
Today was a bit better than yesterday. We both felt noticably less tired and made it through the day fine. As far as what we ate, there’s not too much to share and I’m going to try and keep this post short. Our “dessert” tonite was interesting. We had cooked pears with some cinnamon and brown sugar on top. This was the only processed sugar we had, so I think we’re doing ok ;) We stumbled upon the show “Biggest Loser” right as we were going to workout and decided to watch them lose weight instead. Just kidding. It was inspiring! Other than that, just pushing on ‘til day 10 when I can have MEAT!
